EXPERIENCE
​Dan's experience includes a wide range of civil matters, including:
Dan completed Rule 31 Civil Mediator training at the Institute for Conflict Management at Lipscomb University. He is a member of the Tennessee Association of Professional Mediators and the Tennessee Bar Association Dispute Resolution Section. He has served as a court appointed Special Master and has over 20 years of experience with various forms of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration and pre-suit claim resolution. He practices with the Nashville based firm of Cornelius & Collins, LLP.
Dan graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law, cum laude, in 1991, where he was a member of the Tennessee Law Review. He is admitted to practice before the Tennessee Supreme Court, all U.S. District Courts in the state of Tennessee, the Sixth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. He has been repeatedly named to The Best Lawyers in America and Mid South Super Lawyers. Dan serves on the Board of Governors of the Tennessee Bar Association and is a member of the faculty of the Nashville School of Law.
